We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of permanent full time NOC:0621Assistant Manager Retail . We offer Salary of $25 per hour, 5 week days, 40 hours per week.

Duties: (not limited to)
1.Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
2.Study market research and trends to determine customer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors operations in SPA business
3.Assign workers to duties and prepare work schedules
4.Determine the best products for the customers and educate them on those products
5.Determine SPAs services and products to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
6.Develop and implement marketing strategies
7.Confer with company President to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business
8.Identify the skill development needed for staff and determine the right resource, including themselves, to develop the skill
9.Plan, direct, execute and evaluate daily store operations, train and supervise staff, merchandise and maintain inventory
10.Plan budgets and authorize expenses
11.Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
12.Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

Candidates Requirements:
1)Bachelor Degree of Trade and Business
2)1 years related supervisory experience REQUIRED.
3)Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4)Excellent written and oral communication.
5)Proficient with multiple software systems and programs.
6)Ability to multi-task while maintaining a cool, collected demeanor.
7)Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8)Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
9)Shift hours may change seasonally based on business needs.
10)Punctual with reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
