Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a professional, organized, self-motivated individual to add to our Night Shift Fabrication Team.

As production workflow demands, this position is responsible for the operation of all machines used in the fabrication process.  

Key activities of this role include:

Machine Operator
Use the appropriate machine (CNC Router, Brake, Shear) to cut and/or bend various materials used in the production process
Ensure efficient use of materials to minimize scrap set up and adjust machines and equipment
Perform basic maintenance
Assist in other fabrication stages as workflow demands

Prep Parts
Sand and deburr pieces as needed
Maintain accurate records of complete work orders

Quality Assurance
Inspect materials and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions
Ensure the quality of all parts conform to specifications

The successful candidates will have:
Machine operator experience (saw, ironworker, shear, forklift)
CNC experience
CNC programming skills
Experience and ability using hand tools
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32 tolerance
Understanding of the production process in terms of quality and quantity
Understanding of quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements
