The Crop Inputs Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the Crop Inputs Department (including Crops Inputs Products and Agronomy Services & Support). The Crop Inputs Manager must effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of the agronomy and sales team to drive the growth of revenue and productivity, and promote high quality customer satisfaction while building relationships and ensuring the integration of strategic plans with company operations.
This position will ensure team members are following recommended programs and guidelines and safety standards and procedures. The position is also responsible for managing and tracking inventory and bookings, completing claims and invoices, providing coaching and mentoring team members, managing expenses and completing budgets, and participating annual planning, goal setting and talent management within the limits of approved programs, policies, procedures and association guidelines.
