Description

As follows but not limited to
Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations
Contribute to the success of the Front of House operations
Optimize profits by controlling labor, food & beverage costs
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Organize and supervise shifts
Coordinating of banquets
Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the restaurant are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurants good image and suggest ways to improve it
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Well expect you to lead by example and uplift the staff during busy moments in the fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
You will most likely work late evenings and weekends. Shift work and working on public holidays is also common. Overtime may be essential in some positions and it is important to be willing to work until the job is completed, whatever time that may be.
