Fermentation Scientist will be responsible for working on Microbial cultures, Product Development, operating manual, electronic, pneumatic and computerized laboratory process equipment and cleaning equipment & work areas; assisting scientists in the preparation, testing and maintenance of cell banks; assisting in developing downstream isolation and purification processes for both small molecule and protein products; assisting scientists during process transfer from laboratory scale to production scale; performing culture purity testing, culture quantification, gram-staining, etc. and complying with approved safety practices for the laboratory facility.
