Requires  Front Desk Agents
FULL TIME; shiftwork
Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends. May include some night shifts.

Education:  Grade 12 or equivalent

Candidate must be able to work well alone or as part of a team; provide excellent customer service; have computer skills; be organized; take direction well; and have good problem solving skills.

Duties include, but not limited to, the following:

o    Answering the telephone
o    Operating multi line phone and  transferring calls
o    Checking guests into, and out of, the hotel
o    Handling guests payments
o    Balancing shift report and cash
o    Answering guests inquiries
o    Maintaining a neat, clean appearance of the front desk reception area
o    Some light housekeeping
