Flaman Group of Companies is looking for an Administration Manager for our team in Moosomin. Flaman believes in people working together, doing what's right to make a difference.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administration Manager supports the store operations manager by maintaining the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures, resources and supervising office staff to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This position also performs accounting duties.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage office personnel and assist Operations manager and store personnel.
Accounting duties including accounts payable and receivables, cash floats and bank deposits, invoicing and sales orders, and preparing payroll.
Verify, enter and maintain assigned inventory into the Flaman program.
Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail.
Manage, file and store, store documentation.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in an Administrative role preferred.
Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices.
Skillful with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).
Attention to details, resourceful and flexible.
Proven organizational and time management skills.
