Description

As General Manager, Maintenance & Repair you will lead a team of Trades & Support personnel in the inspection, preventative maintenance and minor repair services of clients commercial roofing projects.

Duties include:
- Lead the trades and maintenance area in developing/implementing assessment and repair processes for commercial roofing and building envelope systems.  
- Recruit, develop and mentor tradespeople and support staff.
- Interact with Clients to determine requirements and provide proposals.  

Requirements:
- Journeyman Roofer is preferred, as well as additional certifications in the industry.
- ~10 years experience in the commercial roofing industry, with some management/supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communications and client relations skills.

Excellent remuneration package including senior management level salary, incentives and benefits.

Travel is primarily day trips within Saskatchewan.
