Description

We are currently looking for a Part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Swift Current hospital site.

Reporting to the District Manager, the CSR will represent HN as an onsite customer service representative. The CSR will promote and generate revenue through television and phone rentals ensuring the rental experience is positive, and that Hospitality Network is positively portrayed in the Hospital.

Compensation
*Salary: $10.96 per hour
*Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday,12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
*Employer paid parking
*Company training provided

Key Job Responsibilities
*Respond to rental requests for any available service provided by Hospitality Network
*Provide excellent customer service and customer education to patients and family members in using and activating services as well as explaining any HN policies or procedures
*Operate the automated rental system and/or any other required technology
*Keep CSR cart and receipt arch file up to date, accurate, organized and fully stocked
*Complete daily revenue reports and ensure bank deposits are completed accurately and deposited within 24 hours of shift end

Required Education, Knowledge and Experience:
*Grade 12 or equivalent training and experience
*Minimum 1 year experience handling cash, bank deposits
*Must be bondable, trustworthy and reliable with excellent organizational skills and good work ethics
*Able to communicate effectively, speak and write English and have professional interpersonal skills
*Must be able to carry and lift up to 30 lbs. to shoulder height
*Must have reliable transportation to work and bank as public transit may not be available
*Must have basic computer literacy on Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer and access to Email
*Ability to use basic computer equipment, televisions, remotes, and perform basic repairs with hand tools provided
