Located at our Bethune Site, the Technical Support Analyst is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of KSPCs IT equipment including phones, client PCs and applications. The role upkeeps services (software and hardware), processes and documents trouble tickets, and provides training and consultation.
This is a one year term position.
