*Works in conjunction with the property owner, adjuster, and insurance company
*Ensures project delivered on time and to the required quality standard with agreed specification
*Focuses on scoping and estimating work required to return it to pre-disaster state
*The project manager heads the project, manages work crews, sub-contractors, and suppliers related to each project

Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare estimates
*Lead your team
*Ensure team is producing jobs on time
*Proper file documentation
*Ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
*In depth knowledge of residential construction (knowledge of restoration procedures is an asset)
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Excellent Math skills
*Strong sense of urgency
*Excellent ability to complete paperwork correctly and punctually
*Computer skills are an asset
*Xactimate experience is an asset
*Strong organizational skills
*Must have residential construction experience
