Education
Successful completion of Grade 12 or GED or a combination of relevant education, training and/or experience.
Experience
Experience providing customer service and working with many diverse situations and personalities.
Previous experience in banking with cash handling experience would be preferred.
Knowledge
Knowledge of SIGA's guiding principles, structure, and First Nations culture.
Knowledge of banking functions.
Skills and Abilities
Mathematical ability, to accurately count and balance large sums of cash and chips.
Ability to support change with optimism and openness.
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately, in both written and verbal form.
Ability to follow direction and work within established procedures.
Ability to work independently, be reliable, and take personal responsibility for tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating respect and consideration for others.
Ability to use multiple computer systems simultaneously.

Condition of Employment
Must consent to a background check in order to qualify as a gaming employee
Must obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA)
Must be 19 years of age or older

Shift work including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
