Canadian Tire South is searching for the right candidate to manage our Cash Department.
Major tasks and responsibilities.
Ensure customer service excellence and provide support to cashiers and customer service desk personnel.
Train,coach and supervise cashier and customer service desk personnel.
Schedule employee hours, Maintain cashier supplies and equipment and fullness of checkout areas.
Adhere to company, department and store policies.
Participate in meetings and all training, as required.
Prior management experience is required.
Canadian Tire experience would be an asset.
Applicant is required to work alternate weekends and some evenings.
