Must have a good work ethic and be willing to
learn.
Must be capable of doing physical labour.
Supervision of cows calving on pasture.
Handle, move and process cattle, includes branding.
Monitor cattle and grass conditions during grazing season.
Infrastructure maintenance, repair and construction.
Irrigating border dyke irrigation, and mowing ditches.
Carry out haying operations; Cuts hay with haybine, bales with round baler, pick and haul bales.
Formulate feeding program, feed and health check cattle. Develop protocols and administer medications as per protocol.
Load and transport livestock and other agricultural products. (Lift 50 pounds)
Maintains livestock records.
Valid Saskatchewan drivers licence required
