Description

Reporting to VP Corp Services this position works closely with various levels of management & staff with responsibility for maintenance depts in Porteous & Stensrud Lodges & the maintenance of Cosmo, Eamer & Mount Royal Courts.  The position is responsible for processes that ensure safe & reliable HVAC & critical equipment, longer term preventative maintenance & replacement planning & forward looking capital projects management -  including needs identification, approval to proceed, contractor/supplier selection, work in progress & cost monitoring. * Power engineering 5th class certification as a minimum * Journeyman certificate in mechanical trade * Experience in supervisory or management position ideally in a unionized setting. * Diploma in Management/Nutrition/Healthcare or applicable field
