Due to continued growth, Industrial Machine & Mfg. Inc. is hiring an experienced Engineering Manager.

Our 50,000 square foot full service manufacturing facility filled with modern, world class machinery which offers custom and production machining, specialty welding and fabrication, thermal spray coatings and industrial mechanic services to the heavy resource industries as well as OEMs

The role of the Engineering Manager will be to effectively manage the development and direction of the Tech team to drive growth of revenue, throughput and promote high quality customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Overseeing the daily activities of engineering staff to ensure the completion of projects in an effective and timely manner

- Supporting the growth of the company by implementing and supporting the systems necessary for the company's success

- Improving operations, reducing turnaround times, and optimizing processes to provide seamless quality of Technology function services

- Providing Technology function support for business development activities

- Coordinating and managing engineering projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals

- Leading, guiding, directing and evaluating the work of direct reports ensuring that the leaders are aware of and fulfill their responsibilities effectively and efficiently, comply with applicable laws, and will hold overall accountability to their performance

- Promoting and supporting the use of TOC, Lean and Six Sigma

Significant Industry Experience will be required and in return, IMM will provide a challenging role with compensation commensurate with the responsibilities.
