We are currently inviting applications for a part-time Maintenance 1 to be employed at our Maintenance department.  

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance 1 will focus on providing outstanding youre at home here guest service while maintaining high quality standards of the department. Accountabilities include maintaining and providing a high standard of building cleanliness, practicing safe procedures in the handling of all company owned equipment, and operating all equipment to maintain all commercial floor finishes.  

The successful candidate must possess knowledge of commercial building janitorial processes, proven knowledge and experience in the operation of scrubbers, burnishers and other related flooring maintenance equipment, extensive knowledge of cleaning products required to maintain all types of commercial floor finishes, and ability to work as part of a highly motivated team.
