Description

River Park Memorial Chapel is currently accepting applications for a part-time Office Administrator. We are a well-established funeral home in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, serving the community for over 35 years.

We are looking for a team-oriented individual who possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrates a high level of accuracy. You will be required to provide a wide variety of administrative support and will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while answering the telephone, greeting customers and performing general office administration functions. Other duties may include developing video tributes, creating service folders; preparing various documents and correspondence, various bookkeeping/accounting functions, and the preparation of customer files.

The ideal candidate must be flexible in job responsibility and be able to meet deadlines in an efficient and effective manner. Your ability to be highly organized, have excellent time management skills and be able to work under pressure is essential to your success in this role. The individual will also be required to demonstrate solid keyboarding and computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.  A combination of education and experience is a definite asset. Your exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills round out your qualifications.
