Job Purpose:
To provide service and delivery functions for customers in the mining and Industrial industries.
Duties:
Function within the guidelines of ILCO/Can-Jers philosophy and Mission Statement.
Perform work in a professional and safe manner.
Service pumps for railroad and mining equipment.
Install, inspect, and service automatic lubrication system on mobile and plant equipment.
Perform lubrication service program at area mines (including product delivery).
Process product orders from mining customers. Complete necessary delivery tickets, warranty paperwork, and returns to assure equipment is repaired and customer or supplier is billed for product, services, and repairs.
Process warranty paperwork and returns so that equipment is repaired and ILCO/Can-Jer is reimbursed for warranty problems.
Build customer and supplier relations.
Other duties as assigned by branch manager.
Travel Required: Yes
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to read, write, and have basic computer skills.
Good customer relations skills.
Working knowledge of pumping equipment and repairs.
Valid Drivers license and clean driving record.
Ability to operate a forklift, palette jack, ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to pass Can-Jer pre-work screening (functionality)
Obtain necessary OH&S certification as required. Required certifications will be paid for by company.
Willingness and ability to obtain a Commercial Drivers License if necessary.
Must be eligible to obtain a passport and cross the border.
