Our Regina office requires a TERM Receptionist. Term end of December 22, 2017. The primary purpose of this position is to be the first point of contact for the office and provide administrative and accounting support to the Administration Services Department.
Responsibilities:
-Greeting customers and receiving courier packages.
-Answering phones and taking messages.
-Formatting, editing and proofing reports & quotations.
-Accounting, basic data entry functions, such as entering purchase orders and mileage logs.
-Compiling and organizing day-to-day incoming mail.
-Maintaining and archiving customer files.
-Purchasing and maintaining office supplies.
-Compile business development packages.
-Office and lunchroom housekeeping.
-Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
-Proficient in use of MS office suite particularly MS Word and Excel.
-Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial, human resource and client files.
-Organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to perform detailed work accurately and in a timely manner.
-A pleasant confident telephone manner.
-Flexible, adaptable, reliable and honest.
