Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR), Popeyes Regina
Opportunity:
Popeyes Regina is searching for a full-time Customer Service Representative for our stores. Popeyes Supplement Canada is one of the largest and most trusted names in the health and nutrition game, with over 125 locations across the country. We pride ourselves in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and the product knowledge they need to reach their goals.
We are looking for someone who can preform the day-to-day operations of our business. The successful candidate will have a basic knowledge of sports nutrition. Be like minded, a willingness to learn and grow with our ever-evolving products lines. Who will immerse themselves into the pursuit of helping individuals achieve their nutrition goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting store manager to achieve sales goals
2. Maintain cleanliness of the store
3. Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
4. Receive and put away inventory
5. Process all transactions at the Point of Sale
6. Execution of day-to-day opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
1. At least 1 years experience in sales
2. Good communication and customer service skill
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends
4. Must have leadership qualities, self-motivated and must have the ability to work alone and in a team
5. Knowledge of sports nutrition, fitness and passion for the learning the industry
6. Minimum 18 years old with a valid drivers licence and a vehicle
