The Client Associate or Administrative Associate is accountable to assist Investment Advisor(s) and their team(s) in managing existing investment portfolios and developing new business, by providing service directly to clients, including the provision of investment information, taking buy/sell orders, and responding to account inquiries. This position is a great opportunity to learn the investment business in a professional, dynamic work environment in one of Canada's leading Brokerage.
Responsibilities:
-Assist Investment Advisor and team in managing existing investment portfolios and developing new business
-Take buy/sell orders and respond to account inquiries
-Support marketing and business development activities
-Provide exceptional client service by demonstrating professionalism, commitment to service
What Were Looking For:
-Willing to complete the CSC & CPH upon starting with CIBC Wood Gundy
-Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR) licensing preferred
-Financial Services and/or Brokerage industry experience preferred
-Should have basic understanding of investment portfolios and current knowledge of daily market activities
-Should have working knowledge of computer software included Microsoft Word & Excel
