Facility: Kerrobert & District Health Centre
Job Description: This out of scope (OOS) position, reporting to the Director of Continuing Care Services Kindersley & Unity Primary Health Services Area, is accountable for the overall management of the health services in Kerrobert. The incumbent is responsible for the effective and efficient administration of health care service in a manner consistent with the vision, mission, values, strategic direction and goals of Heartland Health Region.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Commerce or related field
Experience
Minimum of three years Human Resources Management or Health Care Administration experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Valid drivers license
Advanced computer skills
Ability to analyze complex situations and environments and produce workable and practical solutions
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
Physical ability to perform duties of the position
Experience in general administration principles including human resources and financial management
Excellent management, leadership, organizational and decision making skills
Possess excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build effective teams and maintain relations based on trust, accountability, and open communications
Effective change agent
Ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and related software, including SharePoint
