Description

Permanent part time position available approximately 14.5-16.0 hours per week. The position requires an expectation to be available for holiday and sick relief when necessary.

Reception hours are from 7:15am- 6:15pm Mondays- Fridays and 8:30am- 1:15pm on Saturdays.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic and energetic with strong organizational skills. An ability to work independently is expected as the candidate will be required to handle all office matters on their own.

The candidate will be responsible for day to day operations as well as administrative duties within the office. Basic computer knowledge, some familiarity with spreadsheets and experience with cash/ Interac would be helpful.

Responsibilities will include patient interaction, invoicing, data entry, file maintenance, online billing, reconciliations, deposits and light office cleaning.

Our office provides not only Chiropractic but Massage Therapy and Acupuncture services.
There is no staff parking but the Saskatoon Transit Hub is two blocks away.
