A sister company of Turnbull Excavating Ltd has an opportunity for an entry-level bookkeeper / receptionist with 1-3 years experience.
Duties will include:
- Greeting customers & answering telephones
- Day to day data entry of AP & AR
- Filing, faxing, and other general office duties
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who works well independently.
You will have 1-3 years experience in an office setting, as well a general understanding of bookkeeping.
Experience with a multi-phone line system, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks and a positive attitude are also considered assets.
