Under the supervision of the Foreman, the successful applicant will be responsible for the operation of the Water Treatment Plant, well sites, pump house, distribution system, lagoon and sewage lift station. Work includes equipment maintenance, town maintenance, water connections and disconnections, on call duties, maintaining required records on water testing and all aspects of water production, treatment, storage and distribution.

- Operate various equipment and machinery
- Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
- Dig ditches and trenches
- Collect money from coin boxes of parking meters
- Collect and load refuse on garbage trucks
- Assist skilled tradespersons
- Assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment
- Assist equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment or truck
