Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority is seeking a temporary full-time Technical Analyst to join its Information Technology Branch for a 1 year term from January 2, 2018 to December 28, 2018. The University Graduate Program provides recent graduates with valuable work experience to assist them in finding permanent full-time employment outside the organization following their work term.
The Technical Analyst provides tier 2 technical support with the primary focus on the SLGAs client infrastructure, including related printer and other peripheral hardware and software. This position receives direction from both the IT Support Supervisor and Technical Team Lead, and responsible for following Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based support processes. Core functions of the job include: the installation, configuration and maintenance of all client hardware and software; tier two escalation for the Service Desk Analysts; technical support for desk-side support and related systems/peripherals; monitoring and testing of systems to ensure reliability and integrity; and system account administration.
