Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Administrative Assistant in Regina, SK. To qualify for this Administrative Assistant position, you must have first experience in Reception Area, must be able to take notes and perform filing requirements. Our client offers a friendly work environment.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Greeting and direct clients and customers
- Answer incoming calls and direct them
- Filing, Scanning and Data Entry
- Creating, maintaining and updating of database type information
- Correspondence
- Mail distribution
Administrative Associate Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- At least 6month experience in an office environment
- Poste secondary education or classes are an asset
