The Travelodge Hotel & Conference Centre Regina is looking for an energetic, customer service oriented individual to join our Front Office staff as a Guest Service Agent.
As the primary point of contact, our Guest Service team is the first and last point of contact for our guests here at the hotel and play a significant role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and are left with a great impression of the property.
A Guest Service Agents typical job duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and directing calls, providing directions, recommendations and information to guests as needed.
Accepting deliveries, mail and parcels on behalf of the property, facilitating the checking in and out of guests.
Taking reservations in accordance with brand standards
Responding to guest complaints or concerns and rectifying these when they arise
Completing general filing and some administrative work
Welcoming and interacting with guests in a professional and courteous manner
This position requires someone who has a flexible schedule as shifts are based on occupancy and take place on varying days of the week including weekends at various times including mornings, evenings and cover shifts.
