Full time permanent position as House Manager for Adult Group Home to commence November 1, 2017.
- All applicants will be supporting Adults with
disabilities in a residential setting, assisting
in planning and implementing personal
program plans, life skills, and leisure activities
-Applicant will be responsible for day to day management of house and programs
- Collaborates the implementation of the program plan with participants, their families, and community
- Supervise front line staff of 10-12 individuals
- Demonstrates leadership, flexibility, cooperation, teamwork, energy, and optimism
- Must be available to work evenings and/or
weekend shifts
- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
- Education and experience in related areas is an
asset
- First Aid/CPR required
- Must have a valid Saskatchewan Driver's License
- Successful candidate must submit clearance of a criminal
record check and vulnerable person's check
- Successful candidate must submit a clearance through Social Services Abuse Registry Check
