It is the duty and responsibility of all employees of Bethany Pioneer Village Inc. to assist the corporation, as directed through its board of directors and management staff, in carrying on its business and meeting its Mission, Goals and Objectives as from time to time stated.
In fulfilling this duty and responsibility, Assisted Living Aide duties will more particularly include the following:
Under the supervision of and reporting to the Administrator or designated supervisor, the Assisted Living Aide performs specific cooking duties, prepares food for service; performs Dietary Aide duties i.e.: performs non-cooking functions of meal preparation; serves food and beverages, maintains organization and cleanliness of Food Services Department, and restocks Food Services supplies; performs cleaning duties in a safe, efficient manner including the cleaning of all public areas i.e. dining room, chapel, entrances, sitting areas, halls, and public bathrooms, and keeping housekeeping equipment and supplies in good order; and assists residents with social, emotional, recreational and spiritual needs.
