Job Purpose
Provides property management and maintenance for leased and owned properties, and coordinates associated equipment, aligned to operational requirements of the credit union and its members. Implements new design/renovation projects to completion, manages trades and subcontractors, and manages project budget and scope. Provides daily support and supervision of all areas of property management including maintenance and upkeep, and compliance of all properties within policies, guidelines and regulations. Provides direction to assigned staff, trades, and suppliers, as required.
Working Conditions
Because Affinity serves members in communities across Saskatchewan, this position may require the successful candidate to travel between locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education & experience
- Intermediate understanding of Affinity Credit Unions business, and divisional business operations
- In depth knowledge of facilities management
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical diagrams, and contracts
- A valid class 5 drivers license
