Job purpose
To plan, organize and assist in all XM executions for Captive within the projected time frame and budget.

Duties and responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this role are, but not limited to:
    Assist the Experiential Team with planning and implementing promotions
    Booking and scheduling of XM events
    Produce XM Execution Outlines
    Sourcing and procurement of purchasable
    Create and maintain relationships with suppliers
    Create and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
    Inventory
    Event Preparation
    Accounting duties: Entering receipts into costing sheets, petty cash
    Attend Client Meetings

Qualifications
    Grade 12 Diploma
    Post-secondary preferred but not required
    Strong organizational skills
    Strong Communicational skills
    Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    Basic Computer skills
    Problem solving
    Experience working in community relations, event marketing, logistics

Working conditions
    Must be able to work in a group environment as well as on your own.
    May be required to be on site at promotional events
    May require extra hours during the week and weekends
