First Years Learning Center Inc. is looking for

We provide learning opportunities for children in a relaxed, child centered environment following the "Play & Exploration" Program Guide.
Requirements:
MUST BE LEGALLY ENTITLED TO WORK IN CANADA
Minimum of Early Childhood Education Level I with experience working in a child care center.
A Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search must be presented at time of interview as well as having valid First Aid & CPR "C" or willing to obtain at applicants expense.

Early Childhood Education Skills

- Assist in housekeeping duties
- Assist in maintaining records of children
Early Childhood Educator Assistant Skills
- Prepare craft materials and assist children to use them
- Prepare and serve snacks
- Observe children and report on observations to supervisor
- Guide children in development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
- Conduct and monitor activity programs designed for young children
- Bathe, diaper and feed infants and toddlers
- Arrange transition periods such as lunch and rest for children
