Description

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a self motivated individual to add to our Production Team in the area of Fabrication/Welding.

The primary objective of this position is to weld all component pieces and/or tig and mig welding in all areas of the conversion line.

Responsibilities include:
Perform all necessary welding and/or fabrication procedures for the ambulance conversion (floors, roofs, walls, doors) or component pieces (bumpers, compartments, running boards, and all powder coat parts) in an accurate and timely manner
Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders
Buff, sand, and grind components as per the specified finish
Ensure the quality of the component pieces conforms to specifications

The successful candidate will have:

Mig and Tig welding experience, aluminum experience an asset
Machine operator experience an asset
Experience and ability using hand tools an asset
Ability to read drawings
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32 tolerance
Understanding of the production process in terms of quality and quantity
Understanding of quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements
Co-operative attitude
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and take initiative
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
