At S3 Wireform, a Production Worker moves quickly amongst several workstations as part of an energetic team to form, finish and package high quality wire forms for a distinguished customer base in the farm equipment marketplace. This hard working team has earned the respect of customers for their ability to respond quickly to changing market demand, and for the consistent quality of the product. Every team member is ready to do what it takes to get the job done.
Here are some of the tasks performed by our production team:
Operating specialty wire forming machines and tools.
High volume handling of production pieces for processing, paint and packaging.
Maintaining machines and tools.
Ensuring a safe work environment.
Communicating clearly and promptly.
Quality checks.
Light Welding Assemblies.
An S3 Wireform Production Worker will need these skills:
The ability to communicate clearly.
Mechanical aptitude.
Competence with imperial and metric measurements.
A liking for physically challenging, fast-paced work.
A positive and co-operative attitude.
The ability to work accurately with minimal supervision.
Basic Welding/Paint experience is an asset.
On-the-job training is provided.
