Express Employment Professionals is a Staffing & Searching company.  We are looking for both full-time & part-time front office coordinators.

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining the proper functions of the front office from greeting customers/clients, answering phones, providing information, answering emails and other general inquiries, filing, ordering office supplies etc.  If you are professional, outgoing, and love dealing with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12 education with at least some post-secondary education
Previous Reception & Administration experience
Proficient working with Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised
Ability to maintain daily front office functions
Able to handle high call volumes
Professional, outgoing, and self-motivated are very important
