Evolution Fitness Regina is accepting applications from qualified individuals for the position of Facility and Maintenance Manager.   This is a hands-on position that involves travelling between our 4 locations ensuring the clubs are operational.   This position will require a variety of tasks such as; prioritizing projects, completing building maintenance projects, providing status updates on current projects, ordering of supplies, staffing the janitorial department, completing any/all cleaning tasks as needed all with a positive and productive attitude.

Skills
-    Construction Experience that includes: Painting, Dry Wall, Changing ceiling lights, changing basketball nets, fixing basic wear and tear of the building etc..
-    Previous building maintenance management will be highly favored
-    Working off hours if needed
-    Managing janitorial department


Responsibilities Include:
-    Provide daily maintenance and an understanding when to out-source if absolutely necessary.    
-    Hire and train janitorial staff
-    Manage inventory of club equipment that pertains to janitorial and building maintenance

Qualifications:
-    Computer knowledge
-    Email
-    Valid Drivers License (with Drivers Abstract)
-    Being able to lift and move up to 50lbs
