Express Employment Professionals is currently looking for an experienced Property Administrator for one of our well-established clients in Regina. This is a great opportunity for anyone with previous experience in Property Management and Administration.
In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with the Property Manager to assist with monthly accounts receivable analysis and follow up with tenants to ensure timely payments. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial as you will also be required to form correspondence and other letter documents, and record meeting minutes.
Role Responsibilities include:
Accounts Receivables & Analysis including invoice coding, and Account Reconciliation
Preparing Correspondence and other written communications
Address & respond to day-to-day general tenant inquiries, problems and/or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Assist Property Manager with annual budgets, forecasting
Obtain contractor & supplier quotes
Qualifications:
At least some Post-Secondary education
Previous Property Management experience would be preferred
Accuracy & Attention to Detail
Self-motivated and able to hit the ground running
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
