Description

Adecco is currently recruiting for Bookkeeper to work on various work contracts in Saskatoon, SK. The industries of our clients vary diversely and the length of contracts is dependent on the needs of our clients. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable with a willingness to work on various contracts in a number of different industries. To be considered for our Bookkeeper contracts you must have strong office experience and skills. Successful candidates will have experience with various administrative and bookkeeping tasks and also receive proficient scores on internal computer tests.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Data entry including payroll, invoices, billing, etc.
- Collection of invoices, payments, and paperwork
- Accurate creation of various reports and documents
- Filing, scanning, emailing, faxing, etc.
- Invoicing, reconciliation, accounts parables and receivables, and other accounting functions

Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
- QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, SAP, and other accounting software experience is considered a strong asset
- 1 to 3 years of administrative and bookkeeping experience, education will be taken into account
- Must be a team player willing to complete a variety of tasks
- Ability to learn quickly, make decisions, and strong organization are a MUST
