The Position:
As Sales Manager you are a leader, coach and passionate trainer that exemplifies accountability with everything you do. You have previous management exposure in retail, promotional marketing/sales and/or the restaurant industry. Capable of managing multiple locations and expectations, you understand that management is not just about delegation but actual involvement.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of sales teams that operate within our various Clients footprints. In addition to this, you will be our Client liaison at store level and establish relationships with key personal. Your evaluation and data/sales interpretation skills will be called upon daily to analyze key metrics and deliverables to plan.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of proven sales/promotional leadership, sales/promotional development
1-2 years of demonstrational training of employees that are accountable to specific deliverables (sales, execution or process oriented)
Proven track record of managing multiple programs,retail shops/kiosks or out of direct sight teams
Exposure to data interpretation and analysis
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Experience in conducting web based or telephone training/coaching would be an asset
A Marketing/Communications degree and/or relevant work experience
Must be able to pass a background check
