Description

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:    

The successful candidate will be responsible for the highest quality of cleanliness within the hotel through directing and coordinating the housekeeping operation in accordance with hotel standards.  Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

    Providing a clean, well-maintained Guest room.
     and housekeeping operation
    Meeting and exceeding customer expectations by providing superior service and teamwork
    Following housekeeping standard operation procedures set by hotel
    Utilizing leadership skills and motivation techniques in order to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction
    Any other duties assigned by management.
