Available immediately
This is a temporary position for a minimum of three months, potential for longer.
Hours of work: 6:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Position Requirements:
Heavy Duty Mechanic (Journeyman), or comparable experience
Knowledge of industrial and agricultural equipment, including ability to operate same
Agricultural background is an asset
Ability to work co-operatively and communicate in a team environment, while managing time and skills to complete individual tasks
Available for call-in
A valid Class 5 Drivers Licence

Job Duties:
Repair mobile equipment as required, including feed trucks and farm equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance procedures for mobile equipment.
Manage related parts and supplies inventory, working with both internal leaders and external vendors.
Ensure all repairs are performed in a safe manner using the proper procedures as per equipment manuals, service literature and/or communications with manufacturer service technicians.
