As an important member of the the service department they Quality Control Shop Foreperson will assist both apprentices and technicians in ensure work is completed efficiently and properly. Other key responsibilities include:
> Conduct quality control inspections on all equipment leaving the shop. Including customer walkthroughs when requested.
> Responsible for ensuring a safe work environment.
> Assist and mentor apprentices and technicians while ensuring the have adequate resources to complete their work.
> Advise customers of repairs and estimated costs.
We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, and 7+ years of experience fixing Agriculture Equipment.
In-depth knowledge of the Agriculture Equipment - Journeyperson Status preferred
- A passion for people and the ability to coach and mentor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to travel and work evenings and weekends
- A valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
