What do we need?
We are looking for talented and motivated IT support analysts to monitor and support our business clients needs. Reporting to our Service Delivery Manager, you will provide remote and on-site support for incidents and requests, execute planned projects, and provide ongoing maintenance to server and network environments. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Strong analytical, logical, and reductive troubleshooting skills
Exceptional written and verbal English-language communication skills
Technical experience in Windows 7/10, Server 2008/12/16, Exchange, and networking
Proven abilities in customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship-building
Class 5 drivers license, access to your own vehicle, and a clean criminal record check
Special consideration will be granted to applicants with the following:
Certifications: MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, A+, ITIL
3-5 years experience in a Help Desk role
2+ years experience in IT field support
Experience in supporting terminal server environments
