Brandt Developments Ltd. is currently seeking an Intermediate Architectural Technologist. Please visit our website for the full length description of this position. Some responsibilities include:

    Assist and collaborate with the Project Architect for a variety of tasks
    Produce drawings and graphic materials
    Prepare contract drawings, specifications, schedules, details and sketches from conceptual design through to construction
    Assist in the coordination with internal and outside consultants
    Participate in meetings with Design Team members
    Assist in the coordination and implementation of Quality Control procedures
    Perform site reviews
    Complete projects within timelines and budgets.

Required Experience:
    Accredited Architectural Technologist
    5+ years of design experience, preferably in a consulting environment
    Team player, with an ability to establish effective working relationships
    Proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office required; AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3DS Max and MODO is an asset
    Sound judgement and decisiveness with strong problem resolution skills
    Ability to work on several projects at once, effectively multi-task and work in a fast paced, high change environment
    Experience with Architectural building systems
    Ability to clearly communicate design ideas
    Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
    Ability to analyze and problem solve
    Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.
