SUMMARY
Assist the Creative Director in daily media production services to maintain smooth internal operations & promote a desired organizational brand
QUALIFICATIONS
-Promotes org goals and actively support Briercrest College and Seminarys vision & mission
-Excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities
-Understands working within guidelines that support consistency across a brand
-Sound understanding of communication principles & media/technology
-Strong administrative, organizational & collaborative skills
-Experience, training or formal education in graphic design, web design, photography, videography, or related field
-Proficient in using Apple products & applications, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assists the Creative Director in producing media related content, creative concepts, collateral for organizational/event related projects and campaigns
-Inter-departmental production support for communications events and meetings (photos, videos, or graphically designed works)
-Updating/maintaining Marketing & Communications Dept documents & archives (e.g. photographs, video, documents, brochures)
-Assisting in quality control of Briercrests brand strategy & visual identity
-Other duties as assigned
TEAM RELATIONSHIPS
-Reports to Director of Marketing/Communications Dept
-Responsible for other duties as assigned by the supervisor
-Training & leadering volunteer/intern Production Team
