The Food Service Supervisor will perform the following duties:
Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food
-Establish work schedule
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
-Ensure food service and quality control
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
-Prepare and submit reports
-Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
Employment requirements
-Completion of High School education.
-Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline
OR Several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
