A Vehicle Sales Representative will:
- Assist customers by helping them find vehicles
- Test drive vehicles with customers and demonstrate the features and benefits of vehicles
- Answer the questions of the customers and assist them in every aspect of buying an automobile
- They will follow the direction of the sales manager on duty.
- They will escort their customers throughout the sales process according to automobile sales system that is in place at the dealership.
- They will be expected to spend time walking the lot to greet customers and demonstrating vehicles, along with moving vehicles when necessary and at any time of the year or in any season.
- They will be required to complete any paperwork that the dealership requires and to help car buyers complete finance applications and any paperwork that may be required to sell a car, along with following up and ensuring favorable customer satisfaction.
- Other duties may include, but are not limited to: checking in new cars, fueling cars, helping to rearrange the lot, moving cars in and out of the showroom, scheduling deliveries and or repairs, prospecting, scheduling after sales installations and any other related tasks that are determined by the sales manager.
- They will be assigned a schedule by a sales manager and expected to adhere to that schedule as long as they are present during their normal schedule.
