Description

The Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute requires forklift operators for its Humboldt location from January 3, 2018, to approximately January 26, 2018. This position will work a 21-days-on, 7-days-off rotational schedule.

The candidate will be working in a food-grade processing environment to unload and load bulk bags, record information, and take measurements. Other tasks involve monitoring processing equipment for failure, general clean up, and handling operations. The candidate must be able to work shift work in a fast-paced, physical environment and must have forklift operator experience.

Work days will be 8.5 hours long. Salary will be $16.00/hour. Overtime will be paid on hours in excess of 40 hours a week at 1.5 times the hourly rate.

PAMI requires that the successful candidates participate for one day of training in late December.
